An EFT only lands if the reference is your user ID. Pay the account on the deposit sheet, then email the proof to onlinesupport@gbets.co.za.
Independent guide, not operated by Gbets. This page explains the operator’s process. It is not a sign-in form and it never asks for your password.
Before you send the money
- Pay the sheet, not a remembered account
After you submit an EFT deposit, Gbets shows a reference and bank details. If that sheet and the FAQ table differ, pay the sheet.
- Reference is the user ID
Email the proof of payment to onlinesupport@gbets.co.za. The FAQ’s “PUse your User ID” means the user ID is the reference.
- Turn the deposit over once
Before a withdrawal, stake the deposit at least once at odds of 1.5 or longer. A shorter price does not count. The minimum withdrawal in the terms is R50.
- 1
Log in on Gbets
The EFT steps in the Gbets FAQ start with a logged-in account. Sign in on gbets.co.za with your user ID and password.
- 2
Click DEPOSIT
Open the deposit control in the account. The FAQ uses the label DEPOSIT.
- 3
Choose deposit via EFT
Select deposit via EFT. Card and voucher deposits are separate choices, described under this list.
- 4
Enter the amount and submit
Enter the amount you want to add and click submit. The FAQ says a sheet then shows your reference and Gbets’ bank details.
- 5
Pay with your user ID as the reference
Use the account on that sheet. The FAQ says the payment reference is your user ID. Email proof of payment to onlinesupport@gbets.co.za so they can verify the deposit.
EFT accounts printed in the FAQ
Copied from the Gbets FAQ on the day this page was checked. The FAQ also says to send proof of payment to onlinesupport@gbets.co.za. Their wording “PUse your User ID” means: use your user ID as the reference.
| Bank | Account | Branch | Reference |
|---|---|---|---|
| FNB, current account | 62445901011 | 250655, Westgate | Your user ID |
| Standard Bank, business current account | 401401103 | 016641, Westgate | Your user ID |

Credit card
The FAQ says: log in, click DEPOSIT, select deposit via credit card, enter the amount, enter the card details, click submit. It says the Gbets account is credited immediately. It does not name the card schemes on that answer.
OTT and 1Voucher
The FAQ says to click Deposit, select pay with OTT or 1Voucher, enter the voucher number and click PAY. A message then confirms the payment. 1Voucher outlets listed there are Flash, PEP, Shoprite Checkers and Ackermans. OTT outlets listed there are Gbets retail stores, Caltex Fresh Stops, Boxer, Makro and Game.
The banking page on gbets.co.za is mostly a shell in the page we fetched, so this guide does not add payment brands that were not in the FAQ or the terms. If your cashier shows another method, follow that cashier. Deposits earn no interest.
Common questions
What is the minimum deposit?
The pages we could read do not state a minimum deposit. The deposit sheet in your account is the figure to follow. A minimum withdrawal of R50 is stated in the terms, which is a different rule.
Which bank account do I pay?
The one on the deposit sheet after you submit. The FAQ also prints FNB, Standard Bank and Nedbank accounts, copied in the table below. If the sheet and the FAQ differ, pay the sheet.
Do I have to turn the deposit over before a withdrawal?
Yes. The terms say a deposit must be turned over at least once before withdrawal, at minimum odds of 5/10 (1.5). A bet below 1.5 does not count toward that turnover.
Can I deposit from a bank outside South Africa?
No. Gbets says it does not open accounts with non-South African addresses, contact details or bank accounts, and it will not pay a withdrawal to a non-South African bank.
