How to withdraw from Gbets

The cashier will not pay below R50, and it will not pay a deposit that has not been staked once at odds of 1.5 or longer. Timing differs by page: 24 hours, 48 hours, or instant, depending on the source.

Independent guide, not operated by Gbets. This page explains the operator’s process. It is not a sign-in form and it never asks for your password.

Checks before you withdraw

  • Pay the sheet, not a remembered account

After you submit an EFT deposit, Gbets shows a reference and bank details. If that sheet and the FAQ table differ, pay the sheet.

  • Reference is the user ID

Email the proof of payment to onlinesupport@gbets.co.za. The FAQ’s “PUse your User ID” means the user ID is the reference.

  • Turn the deposit over once

Before a withdrawal, stake the deposit at least once at odds of 1.5 or longer. A shorter price does not count. The minimum withdrawal in the terms is R50.

  1. 1

Check the mobile number on the profile

Gbets’ withdrawal article says the mobile number on the profile must be correct before you withdraw. Live chat is how they say to update it.

  2. 2

    Log in and click WITHDRAW

The FAQ starts the payout from the WITHDRAW button inside the account.

  3. 3

    Choose the method

Pick a withdrawal option. The FAQ recommends the same payment gateway you used to deposit, for smoother processing.

  4. 4

Enter an amount you can withdraw

A box asks for the amount. The FAQ says the amount you are able to withdraw is shown at the bottom of that box. The terms set a minimum withdrawal of R50.

  5. 5

    Click CONFIRM WITHDRAWAL

The FAQ says the request is then reviewed by Gbets’ auditors.

  6. 6

Wait for the method you chose

The FAQ says payment is within 24 hours. The book-a-bet terms say electronic settlement within 48 hours, subject to banking hours. The withdrawal article describes some methods as instant and card transfers as up to 24 hours. Read the timing next to the method you picked.

Methods in the Gbets withdrawal article

The article does not show a publication date. Confirm the limit in the cashier before you rely on a row.

Rules that apply before the method

No interest is paid on deposits. The deposit must be staked at least once at odds of 1.5 or longer. EFT payouts go back to the depositing account, in the account holder’s name. A negative balance has to be paid before an account can be closed. If a payment fails the fraud checks in the terms, Gbets says it can suspend the account and withhold the withdrawal.

Common questions

Why was the withdrawal refused?

Common reasons in the terms and FAQ: the deposit has not been turned over once at odds of 1.5 or longer, an active bonus has not met its turnover, FICA documents are missing, or the bank account is not yours. Bets under 1.5 do not count as turnover.

Which bank account is paid?

EFT withdrawals go only to the same account number the deposit came from, and only in the name of the registered account holder. Non-South African bank accounts are not paid. If you are unsure an account qualifies, the terms say to ask onlinesupport@gbets.co.za.

What is the minimum withdrawal?

R50, in the website terms. The card-transfer section of the withdrawal article repeats a R50 minimum.

Can I withdraw bonus money?

Not until the bonus turnover is met. The FAQ says support can cancel the bonus, and that winnings from bonus-money pending tickets are then not credited. It also says the maximum withdrawal of winnings from real cash that came only from converted bonus money is R1,000.
