The password field is on gbets.co.za. If the user ID is right and the password still fails, reset it there before you open a second account.
Independent guide, not operated by Gbets. This page explains the operator’s process. It is not a sign-in form and it never asks for your password.
When the login fails
- User ID, then password
Both are entered on gbets.co.za. This guide has no password field. A saved password from an old device is a common miss.
- Reset before you re-register
Use Reset password on their login page and the email address on the account. A second sign-up does not replace a lost password.
- Check junk, then support
If the reset mail never arrives, the FAQ says to contact onlinesupport@gbets.co.za. The 24-hour line on the contact page is 010 634 3855.
- A block is not a bad password
Missing FICA documents or a duplicate account can suspend the login. Those cases go to support or verification, not to a new application.

Enter the user ID and password
Gbets’ terms call the credential the account name or user ID, plus the password chosen when the account was opened. Type them only on gbets.co.za.

Check that you are in
The Gbets FAQ says that, on the site it calls the new Gbets site, the balance sits in the top-right header after login. Real money is the top figure and bonus money is the figure under it.

Stop if the password fails
Use Reset password on the Gbets login page, or email onlinesupport@gbets.co.za. Do not open a second account to get around a failed login.
What the login actually checks
Gbets’ terms say the account name or user ID, and the password, must not be given to anyone else. If those details are entered correctly, Gbets assumes the person is the account holder. Transactions made with the correct details are treated as valid, and Gbets says it is not liable for unauthorised use of the login. If the details are lost, the terms say to contact Gbets for a replacement.
You must be at least 18, a natural person, and not on the national register of excluded persons under section 14 of the National Gambling Act. Companies cannot hold an account. Gbets can refuse service.
Never type a Gbets password into a page that is not gbets.co.za. This guide will not email you a reset link. Reset mail comes from Gbets, after you use Reset password on their login page.
After a successful login
The FAQ describes two amounts in the header: real money above, bonus money below. Pending bets and older bet history are under the trophy icon labelled “My bets”, where you set a date range and click SHOW. That description is tied to the layout Gbets called the new site. If the icons have moved, use the labels in your account rather than hunting for a trophy.
Signing in on the app uses the same account. The install path is on the app anddownload pages. Book-a-Bet is different: the book-a-bet terms say to open the site or app and not log on. That task has its own steps.
Common questions
Is G-Bet Guide the Gbets login page?
No. G-Bet Guide is an independent guide. The sign-in form is on gbets.co.za. Links from this site go through /go/gbets and then to the operator.
What do I type to log in?
The user ID and password created at registration. Gbets treats anyone who enters those details correctly as the account holder, so they should not be shared.
Can I sign in from outside South Africa?
The terms say Gbets can only accept bets placed within the borders of South Africa, and that accounts need South African addresses, contact details and bank accounts.
I have two logins. Which one works?
The terms say one person may not hold more than one Gbets account. Later accounts are blocked and the first verified account is treated as the real one.
