After a successful sign-in the header shows two figures: cash on top, bonus underneath. A withdrawal uses the cash figure, and only after the deposit has been turned over.
Independent guide, not operated by Gbets. This page explains the operator’s process. It is not a sign-in form and it never asks for your password.
Account setup
- One account, your name
Register as a natural person of 18 or older with a South African address. A company cannot hold an account, and a second account in your name is blocked.
- Keep the user ID
EFT deposits use the user ID as the payment reference. A name or a phone number in that field is how payments go missing.
- Use a bank account you own
EFT withdrawals are paid back to the account that deposited, and only in the registered account holder’s name. A non-South African bank is not paid.
- Wait for the confirmation mail
If it is late, check spam and then email onlinesupport@gbets.co.za. Starting another application creates a duplicate, which the terms say is blocked.

Sign in on gbets.co.za
Account pages are behind the operator’s login. Open Gbets and enter the user ID and password there. This guide has no account screen.
- 2
Read the balance in the header
The Gbets FAQ says the balance is at the top right after login. The top amount is real money. The bottom amount is bonus money.
- 3
Open My bets
The same FAQ says a trophy icon labelled “My bets” sits to the right of the balance. It opens profile details, the balance, pending bets and bonuses. Older bets need a date range and the SHOW button.
- 4
Update details when they change
The terms require written notice if your profile, eligibility, legal status or ability to manage the account changes. A wrong mobile number also blocks some withdrawals, because the payout article says the number on the profile must be correct.
- 5
Close the account in writing if you are done
The terms say to notify Gbets in writing to close or suspend an account, and they give onlinesupport@gbets.co.za as the address for closure. Any negative balance is payable before the account is closed.
One account, in your name
Registration creates a single betting account. The terms say the information on the application must stay true, and that Gbets may decline or later stop an account if the form was incomplete or wrong. Bets are for personal entertainment. The account cannot be transferred to someone else.
If you think the login has been used by someone else, the terms say to tell Gbets immediately. You remain liable for bets placed before that notice. The contact address used elsewhere for account help is onlinesupport@gbets.co.za. Live chat is linked from the contact and complaints sections on gbets.co.za.
The balance and “My bets” positions above are taken from the Gbets FAQ for the layout it calls the new site. We could not confirm that the trophy icon is still in the same place. Use the words on the screen you actually see.
What the account is not
Deposits do not earn interest. A withdrawal of an EFT is paid only to the same account number the deposit came from, and only to the registered account holder. Non-South African bank accounts are not paid. Those rules are on the deposit and withdrawal pages.
Common questions
Where is the Gbets account login?
On gbets.co.za, using the user ID and password from registration. G-Bet Guide does not host an account login.
Why are there two balances?
The Gbets FAQ says the header shows real money on top and bonus money underneath. Bonus funds have their own turnover rules and can block a withdrawal until those rules are met or the bonus is cancelled.
Can someone else use my account login?
No. The terms say you may not let another person bet with your account, user ID or personal identification number, and you may not open an account for someone else.
Can I open a second account if I forgot this one?
No. Duplicate accounts are blocked. If money was deposited and played on a duplicate, Gbets says it can void amounts above the original deposit, return the deposit, and report the activity to the South African Police Service.
