The form asks for your name, a South African ID or passport, a mobile number and where the money comes from. After the confirmation email, you sign in once with the user ID you chose.

Account setup
- One account, your name
Register as a natural person of 18 or older with a South African address. A company cannot hold an account, and a second account in your name is blocked.
- Keep the user ID
EFT deposits use the user ID as the payment reference. A name or a phone number in that field is how payments go missing.
- Use a bank account you own
EFT withdrawals are paid back to the account that deposited, and only in the registered account holder’s name. A non-South African bank is not paid.
- Wait for the confirmation mail
If it is late, check spam and then email onlinesupport@gbets.co.za. Starting another application creates a duplicate, which the terms say is blocked.

Use one identity
Online registration is for one natural person of 18 or older, with a South African residential address. Do not start a second form if an account already exists.

Enter the account details
The terms require, among other things, full names, residential address, gender, date of birth, email address and telephone number. Deposit-method details are also required when you deposit or withdraw.

Enter the FICA details on the form
Gbets says new customers must disclose full names, a South African identity number or passport number, mobile numbers, and the source of funds for the betting account.

Submit and read the reply
A completed registration produces a confirmation email with the account details. A rejected application is notified by email as well. Check spam before you assume it failed.

Then sign in
The application and the first login are two screens. Password reset is only for an account that already exists. If Gbets rejects the application, the terms say you are told by email. Fixing a rejection is a support question, not a second registration. The short bonus breakdown, with the same conflicts as the table above, is on the home page.
Proof of address older than three months is refused. A suspended account stays suspended until the documents they asked for are provided. Upload or email only files that match the account holder.
Gbets says acceptable photo identification includes a valid ID, smart ID or passport, and, in a later clause of the same terms, a current work permit or a current asylum-seeker or refugee permit, provided it has not expired, shows the full name and carries a photograph. The form itself asks for identity and source of funds. Gbets can also ask, then or later, for a photo ID, proof of address, a bank statement and proof of banking details, none older than three months when a date applies.
The confirmation email has not arrived. Do I register again?
No. Registering again creates a duplicate, which the terms say will be blocked. Check spam, then contact onlinesupport@gbets.co.za.
