Ask for the complaint to be escalated
The terms say most issues are handled by customer service. You can then ask for a team leader, and after that a customer service manager. Allow at least 72 working hours, depending on complexity. Have your username, account number, registered name, a written explanation, and any dates ready.

The terms say an unresolved dispute can go to the board, which licenses and regulates Gbets. They publish www.wcgrb.co.za and telephone 021 480 7400. The footer address for the board is MWEB Building, 100 Fairway Close, Parow, 7500.
